STS 4000 Friction material

STS 4590 Friction material

STS4590 has a high coefficient of friction and is thus suitable for use in disc brake linings, for example in crane brakes and rotor brakes in wind turbines. It can also be used in the field of sintered friction linings.

STS 4009 Friction material

Of the various friction materials, our resin-bonded, metal-free material STS4009 is the ideal platform for use in safety clutches. It enables a high and at the same time stable coefficient of friction on the basis of a very strong material structure as well as a high compressive and mechanical strength. This material thus ensures a very reliable and operationally safe static use, even under high loads.

STS 4100 Sliding material

In modern drive and sealing technology, good sliding properties and the lowest possible coefficient of friction are crucial for an economic operation of plants. STS4100 is thus an ideal choice here. It is suitable for rotary kiln seals and sliding elements such as chain guides. A good wear resistance and high mechanical strength are further convincing product properties.

STS 2010 Friction and insulating material

A tried and trusted friction material from the family of resin-bonded fibreglass- and mineral powder-reinforced materials. It is characterised by high thermal reserves for coefficients of friction and structural strength as well as a high material strength. It thus allows an optimum screw fitting and a long service life and is resistant to all common belt lubricating oils. Finally, STS2010 offers a medium to high coefficient of friction in both dry and oily conditions and is suitable for static and dynamic applications.
